Thursday through Sunday evenings at Square One Dining on Fountain Avenue in Los Angeles a visiting guest chef presents an original 5 course tasting menu for $50.00. Each chef is in the kitchen there for a week. Through Jan. 27th Food Network’s Adam Gertler is cooking his unconventional take on traditional Jewish deli fare.
