Chef & Restaurateur Zov Karmardian needs no introduction to the listeners of the “SoCal Restaurant Show.” An Anaheim Zov’s is in the works. Zov also has brought on board as Culinary Director, Louie Jocson. You know Chef Louie as the executive chef and creator of the glowingly-reviewed Red Table in Huntington Beach.

It’s a 501(c)6 non-profit trade association representing the craft and specialty brewing industry in California. The primary function of the CCBA is to monitor legislative activity at the state Capitol and to provide a single and coherent political voice that represents the interests of all of California’s craft breweries.

Zov also has brought on board as Culinary Director, Louie Jocson. You know Chef Louie as the executive chef and creator of the glowingly-reviewed Red Table in Huntington Beach. This is a return, of sorts, for Chef Jocson. In high school he washed dishes at Zov’s as well as peeled garlic and chopped parsley.
