Chef Tal’s latest project is a line of vegan cheeses made from a proprietary almond milk. It’s a venture that Tal has been working on for a couple of years. The label is Kite Hill.
Kite Hill will soon be available in a new boutique gourmet specialty foods store at Crossroads and in the regular cheese department at Whole Foods Markets. Look for it at Crossroads on the restaurant’s cheese plate.
