Chef Andrew’s favorite charity benefit of the year is the high-profile OC Chef’s Table benefiting the Illumination Foundation. It’s set for Sunday, March 27th at the Disneyland Hotel. The long-term goal of Illumination Foundation is to end homelessness in the OC. The event last year raised over $1.3 million. Chef Andrew provides the overview.
