Daniel Nelson, an accomplished master bartender, is a partner in The Writer’s Room in Hollywood located next door to the revered Musso & Frank Grill. Daniel discusses what went into creating the provocative specialty cocktail menu at the new Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing restaurant on the North end of Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice. The co-owners are Brad Johnson (Post & Beam) and John Mascarenhas.
