Also new for this year are the delicious & easy-to-eat Bamboo Bowls located on the Terrace & View Level. Think Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with Steamed Rice, Broccoli, Grilled Chicken Thigh with Teriyaki Sauce.
Now in its 2nd year Change Up Kitchen has a host of new treats. Look for Beef Birria Tacos with Braided Beef, Salsa Roja and served on a Corn Tortilla. The Empanadas with Spiced Beef, Puff Pastry and Salsa Chilena are a standout and (due to their popularity) have moved outside of Change Up Kitchen to Casa Modelo as a season-long item.
Executive Pastry Chef Tracy continues to impress. Her rich, giant round Brownie is meant to be shared and the Red Velvet Whoopie Pie is ever popular. There is also a worthy Chocolate Cake.
