ADYA (Anaheim) hosts interactive Indian culinary demos every 3rd Saturday of the month from 11a.m. to 1p.m. priced at $35 per guest (unless otherwise noted) and include easy-to-follow recipes to take home with you, culinary secrets from Chef Shachi Mehra and of course, lunch served with wine / beer or chai. “Discover Diwali” is set for Saturday, Oct. 20th. Reservations (due to limited class size) are a must.
