He has just launched the weekly podcast, “Food and Loathing” with Jason Harris. We’ll hear about the first two episodes (including the opening of the massive Resorts World on The Strip) and how the Vegas dining scene is recovering from the pandemic. Episode 2 is a look at the expanding Plant-Based dining scene in Las Vegas and an overview of the restaurants in the just debuted Virgin Hotel & Casino. New episodes are released on Friday.
