Tom Leahy, the President of ONEHOPE Wine Co., was in-studio to tell their incredible story of cause marketing. They donate an impressive 50 per cent of their profits to worthy charities. They will sell some 44,000 cases of premium wine this year via their website, retail, and in better restaurants.

Folio Wine Partners (a division of Michael Mondavi Family Estates) produces their portfolio of fine wines in concert with ONEHOPE. Michael’s son, Rob Mondavi, Jr., is the esteemed winemaker. Rob is the grandson of pioneering California winemaker Robert Mondavi.

The current wine portfolio, all proprietary blends, includes Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Pinot Noir Reserve.

On the horizon for ONEHOPE in 2013 is a new release, a California Pinot. The beneficiary will be dog rescue causes under the label, “Pinot for PAWS.”

Starting Dec. 1st ONEHOPE Coffee launches a limited-edition MO Blend coffee to support Movember and help change the face of men’s health. ONEHOPE Coffee will be fresh roasted to order by LAMILL Coffee and delivered straight to the subscriber’s door.

On Saturday, Nov. 17th we’ll be broadcasting live from the “Getting Our Just Desserts” Benefit at The Art Institute of California – Los Angeles campus in Santa Monica. You “Eat Sweet and Do Good” with your ticket purchase benefiting the Careers through Culinary Arts Program reaching high school students.

Executive Pastry Chef Mariah Swan of bld on Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles and Chef Neal Fraser’s culinary enterprises will be a participant in “GOJD” with her incredible house-prepared donuts. Wednesday night at bld is donut night showcasing a rotating selection of five of Mariah’s incredible creations. They are fried to order!
