Recently Anne Marie was a judge of a cooking competition among four high-level Hyatt Regency chefs held at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach. Her fellow judge was Jayro Martinez, the Executive Chef of the VIV Hotel in Anaheim. We’ll hear about it.
