Paella Nights have returned and are every Third Friday and Saturday of the Month. Friday, February 16th and Saturday, February 17th are available for reservations now.

Chef Sandra newest venture is Xuntos, a lively Spanish Tapas Bar in Downtown Santa Monica with two rooms and balconies in each space. Spanish Natural wines are on the beverage menu currently and a full liquor license is soon on the way.

Ed ManettaCucina Enoteca, a lively California-inspired Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, just launched a 8,300-square-foot restaurant and wine shop located at Fashion Island in Newport Beach.

Wine Director Ed Manetta created a balanced, highly edited, and ever-changing wine list. Comprising over 250 familiar names and rare, small-batch gems from the Americas and Europe, Cucina presents an emphasis on Italian varietals. Manetta promises hand-selected offerings for every taste ranging from the novice taster to the seasoned oenophile.

Wine veteran Manetta is certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers and has 15 years of industry experience.

Ed is with us to discuss their highly unusual retail wine program that’s already making waves.

Zov and the entire Karamardian Family have one of those incredible success stories that you couldn’t make up if you tried. The Zov’s juggernaut in the Enderle Center in Tustin started as a modest 1,200 sq. ft. take out spot in 1987. Today, in over 14,000 sq. ft., it’s a destination bakery, gourmet specialty food emporium, wine ship, café, fine dining restaurant and catering space all under one large roof. Zov’s husband, Gary, her son, Armen, and daughter, Taleene, all have their specific responsibilities in the still-growing enterprise. Pastry Chef Michelle Bracken, one of the OC’s best, has been with Zov since almost the beginning. In addition to the Tustin flagship there are now busy Zov’s Neighborhood Cafes and Bars in Irvine and Newport Coast plus two spots at John Wayne Orange County Airport.
